Sellers Playbook is a service provided to existing and new Amazon store owners. They are committed to helping their members with Sourcing, Tracking and Managing Inventory within their store on Amazon. The process of setting-up a third-party Amazon store is relatively simple but being successful is not. The key to being successful on Amazon is knowing how to source the right products and manage inventory to make the margins profitable for the business owner. That is what Sellers Playbook helps their members with.
Who are the "Players" of Sellers Playbook?
The executive team has ecommerce buying and selling experience with Amazon dating back to 2008.
They own multiple companies including owning and operating their oldest company which has been in business since 1971 with many employees that have worked there for over 30 years. They have a long history of running successful businesses.
Their "Product Sourcing Agents" have decades of experience with domestic and international supplier relations.
Their corporate office and warehouse is in a 20,000+ square feet office/warehouse building and located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.
Sellers Playbook Product Sourcing Agents negotiate with domestic brands so they can offer their members with bigger discounts, lower minimum order quantities and free or low-cost shipping on their product orders. International sourcing entails private label tracking to identify the best products to manufacture which will perform best on the Amazon platform.
Sellers Playbook Manufacturing Agents help negotiate pricing, design product, and coordinate shipping for members from China. Shipping costs are reduced by combining with other members of Sellers Playbook to take advantage of bulk order rates on freight shipping to our warehouse in Minnesota.
Sellers Playbook FBA Prep Services Team helps their members with FBA Preparatory services to Amazon and domestic and international sourcing from suppliers throughout the world. Members can save thousands of hours per year by leveraging their systems, and services. They can also save their members thousands of dollars each month when they utilize their expertise and valuable services, not to mention valuable time and lower staffing costs. Sellers Playbook Member’s product arrives at their warehouse in Minnesota from domestic suppliers and international manufacturers. The product is then uploaded into the member’s Amazon stores, labeled per FBA requirements and sent to Amazon Fulfillment Warehouses. Geographic location of product origination determines how intensive this process becomes. Domestic suppliers typically have manufacturer barcodes, existing product pages and ASIN’s on Amazon. This speeds up the process as their warehouse managers verify the shipment and quickly send the product to Amazon to ensure the member's sales are fulfilled in a timely manner. International products inherently takes more time as they often need product descriptions, pictures, barcodes and labeling, which Sellers Playbook can provide for its members.
Sellers Playbook Coaching Team is a division made up of experienced Amazon Coaches who work diligently with their members on their businesses. They have taken into account that every member has varying goals and resources available for their business and that each store is unique to the owner.
The Sellers Playbook Technical Team has created proprietary software for tracking product sales, ranking, competition, and price fluctuation on a single ASIN. This tool gives our coaches and members valuable data for choosing their product wisely verses guessing what can and is selling on Amazon’s platform. Sellers Playbook Software (SPS) is completely unique and original. It was developed by Sellers Playbook and they own all software rights and created this valuable tool exclusively for its members.
